This program is designed to work dynamically with you over three days to ensure a continuous flow and to get the best outcome. It includes three private therapy sessions with either a counselling, coaching or mentoring focus.
These sessions may also be used to explore how the coronavirus pandemic is impacting personal and family life, including self-perception, lifestyle, mental health and meaning in life.
