It is very painful to lose someone or something we love, or care deeply about. Sometimes it can feel as if the sadness will never let up. This is a common response to a significant loss.
There is no right or wrong way to grieve. However, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain that can, in time, be a force for renewal. Because loss can be such a profound, life-altering event, it can also set you on a path to discover what matters most to you.
Nature is a great healer, and the local mineral springs are just a quiet nature walk away. Sitting in these beautiful surrounds invites calmness and restores depleted energy. Our Ceremony of Remembrance offers a chance to heal in a tranquil forest setting.
