Samadhi Retreat – Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed by payment with a minimum of 50% deposit of the total tariff, at the time of making the booking. Reservations are not confirmed until cleared receipt of the deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to arrival otherwise the reservation may lapse, with deposit non-refundable. Payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Amex, money orders, bank cheque or direct deposit to Samadhi Retreat.
For credit card deposits, the balance of payment is drawn from the card given at the time of booking (unless alternative arrangements are made); and for direct debit, funds are to be received within 7 days of arrival (please allow two additional days for transfer to account).
Credit Card Debit Form: For guests paying by credit card, a signature is required for verification purposes, and therefore the ‘credit card debit form’ must be completed and signed by the cardholder at the time of booking.
From the time a booking is made, any issues should be notified within 24 hrs, after which time the policies of the terms and conditions of stay will be deemed to be in effect. Short notice bookings (ie: less than 24hrs) your booking is considered firm once the completed credit card debit form is received by facsimile to Samadhi Retreat. Your acceptance of the above amounts being drawn confirms you agree to our terms and conditions of stay.
Should the method of payment be declined, the reservation will automatically lapse, and each subsequent transaction to reinstate the lapsed reservation, by any method, will incur a $20 fee.
Please note: As of 01 August 2006, a surcharge of 1.5% of the total transaction will apply to all credit /debit card charges/transactions for visa and Mastercard; and 3% for Amex cards. The surcharge is applied to offset the merchant service fee applied to all credit card transactions by the Company’s credit card provider.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking spa & wellness services in advance.
Whilst we will at all times attempt to book ‘Spa and Wellness’ package components at the times requested, it may be necessary to schedule requests for alternative times or possibly an alternative venue.
Spa & Wellness Services –
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and more importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. Whilst we do our best to assist you with unforseen circumstances, such as late arrival, we cannot guarantee that changes at short notice to appointment times can be met. Late arrival, no-shows or cancellation of any component from the Day Spa & Wellness menu shall incur the full cost.
Two nights is the minimum stay at ‘Samadhi Retreat’ on weekends. Designated long weekends and public holidays may require longer.
Check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is 11am unless otherwise advised by Samadhi Retreat.

The credit card number given at the time of booking, will automatically be debited for any amounts outstanding or any potential additional incidental expenses such as extra cleaning, additional sessions from the Day Spa & Wellness Menu, additional guests, extra bedrooms used or damage to property. In the absence of a credit card, an advance payment to cover such incidentals will be required at check-in. In the event of any loss or damage to property incurred during a guest’s stay, responsibility for re-imbursement does not necessarily cease at check-out.
Samadhi Retreat is not responsible for failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please advise Samadhi Retreat of any failures as soon as possible, and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organise repairs. However due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: having to order parts or non-availability of trades people) the immediate repair may be beyond our control. No refunds or discounts will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair.
Samadhi Retreat reserve the right to charge a fee for all day visitors to the accommodation retreat. Resident guests are requested to advise if they will be receiving visitors. Any additional or excess cleaning required as a result of gatherings is the responsibility of guests.
Rates quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Samadhi Retreat does not cater to children under the age of 16yrs. No pets.
