Terms & Conditions

All accommodation and transactions with Samadhi Retreat are subject to the following Terms and conditions. The person responsible for the booking as indicated in these terms and conditions is the person who is named on the booking confirmation form, and as such, is their responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.

All attending guests undertake to pay jointly and severally for all services received at Samadhi Retreat. Samadhi Retreat is a spa and wellness retreat and thereby all getaway and retreat bookings comprise of a minimum 1.5hr spa treatment package per person of stay. Samadhi Retreat reserves the right to allocate the syle of accommodation being either the gold or pearl retreat to a guests stay dependent on the circumstances of each individual booking.


Guests are reminded that they are responsible for the security of their belongings. Please ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied.

When checking out, guests are required to secure the premises and return keys to the lockwood security box out side the access door.

When vacating premises, please ensure all appliances are switched off, such as electric blankets, heating / air-conditioning; and ensure doors and windows are secure.

Noise complaints: One warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate vacation of the premises with no refund. Samadhi Retreat is a relaxation and rejuvenation retreat.

For the comfort and wellness of all guests, please note that Samadhi Retreat has a strict No smoking  on the premises policy.

No open flame candles to be lit on the premises due to safety reasons.

For your own protection & safety, please exercise special care when using the wood fire. Please ensure the fire protection screen is on at all times, especially if unattended or unoccupied.

Belongings left behind will be returned at owners request & expense. Belongings will be returned via C.O.D postage.

Amended Bookings

Fees apply for  changes to accommodation, and for additional guests. Changes to bedding configuration will incur a fee if guests change their original booking request.
Reservations may be transferred within a 6 month period provided the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival. When a cancellation or date change to an accommodation & Day Spa treatment reservation is advised more than 30 days from the intended date of stay, the deposit is transferable to apply to a new booking for stay within 6 months of the date of the original reservation, and is subject to availability and current prices. An administration charge and cancellation fees apply, to reservation transfers.

48 hours notice is required for amendments pertaining to bookings solely for spa and treatment therapies for day visitors.


We will be pleased to consider exchange of dates or refund, but the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion based on our terms and conditions. Any refund will be made using your original payment method.

There are no refunds for gift voucher purchases.

Upon written advise of cancellation of booking by our guest and acceptance of refund in writing by Samadhi Retreat the following process occurs:
• Payment will be assessed less any cancellation costs
• Refunds will be made within 2 weeks of written confirmation by Samadhi Retreat

Damaged or missing Property

Guests are responsible for all breakages, damages and losses incurred during their stay. Samadhi Retreat reserves the right to charge the guest a reasonable cost for repair or replacement of that property, and in that regard the guest acknowledges that the charge may be debited from the credit card facility used for payment of the booking.  If no credit card was supplied, payment will need to be made by cash at the time of departure. Please notify us immediately of any damage or breakages.

Guests are responsible to advise Samadhi Retreat of lost keys, and in addition are liable for replacement costs. A $35.00 fee will be charged and any additional costs associated.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to expiry date as no extensions of time are offered. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for either cash or exchange of services unless otherwise stated on the voucher. There are no refunds for gift voucher purchases.

The above mentioned  terms and conditions of stay apply to all gift vouchers, where any cancellation costs incurred are applied against the face value of the voucher.

Gift vouchers used in conjunction with a retreat stay can only be used with the balance of stay payments if being used as part of a booking.

To redeem a valid gift voucher, please quote your voucher number upon booking and present the voucher on arrival. We are unable to provide services if a voucher is not presented upon arrival.

DAY VISITORS - Gift Vouchers can be purchased solely for spa & treatment therapies from the available packages listed on the Samadhi website.

Prices subject to change

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though once a booking is made and secured by a 50% deposit the price will be fixed at the agreed rate.

Samadhi Retreat reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel any booking.
