Orientation and welcome

10.30am ~ Talk - Work, Life, Balance ~ strategies and skills

12.30pm ~ Healthy lunch

2pm - 5pm ~ Body Rejuvenation sessions (includes mudwrap, massage and reflexology) and pranayama breath meditation.

7pm ~ Healthy dinner

Evening activity ~ Group Meditation session


Day two

7.30am ~ Yoga ~ Group of 3

9am ~ Breakfast

7.30am ~ Yoga ~ Group of 3

10.30am ~ Talk - Managing stress, strong emotions and anxiety

12.30pm ~ Healthy lunch

2pm ~ Talk - Realizing your hopes and dreams

Afternoon tea

4.30pm ~ Group pranayama session

6pm ~ Dinner

Evening activity ~ Group Meditation

9am ~ Breakfast

10.30am ~ 12.30am Body therapy sessions (back and scalp massage each)

Afternoon for relaxation or time for individual therapies
